Workspace tools terms of use

Updated 17 September 2026. Lanterne Workspace MCP, Anvil and Hearth are private productivity tools operated by Alex Barnes. Use is limited to people and Google accounts approved by the operator. This page does not offer a public service or create a paid subscription.

Authorised use

Connect only accounts you are entitled to use. Follow the account owner's and organisation's access rules. Google controls sign-in and account permissions. The tools can act only within the permissions granted to the connection and the application.

Actions and schedules

Check the sending account, recipients, content and attachments before sending mail. Review changes to labels, filters, shared files and scheduled actions before confirming them. Email cannot be recalled after delivery.

Drafts, snooze and scheduled send depend on the private host and its connection to Google. An action due while the host is unavailable can be delayed. An uncertain delivery needs to be checked before retrying.

Data and access

The privacy notice explains Google data access, storage, assistant processing and removal. Users can revoke Google access or ask the operator to remove a saved connection. Keep the app's private access routes and device credentials secure.

Availability and support

The tools can change or be unavailable during maintenance. Keep access to the original Google services for urgent work and to verify uncertain operations. Contact alex@lanterne.ai for support or to stop using the tools.
